Spring Time!

Happy first day of spring! I have made a resolution to become healthier and more fit this spring!
First of all, some things that I will be incorporating into my lifestyle are:

1) Sleeping at least 7 hours every night!

2) Keeping track of what I eat.

3) Going to the gym 3 times a week.

Why now? Because lately, I've been getting really lazy and I started noticing that I feel heavy when I run. And I feel that feeling lazy has been reaching all corners of my life right now. That. Stops. Now!
